第九条 Coordinator

Indiana State has designated a 第九条 Coordinator who has the authority to investigate allegations of sex discrimination and sexual harassment, including sexual assault, 约会暴力, domestic violence, 和被人跟踪 as prohibited by federal and state law. The 第九条 Coordinator may appoint deputy 第九条 investigators, 必要时, to fulfill the obligations of the 第九条 Coordinator as required by this policy. The 第九条 Coordinator is also responsible for providing training to members of the ISU community regarding the application and implementation of policies and procedures related to 第九条 and the 校园 SAVE Act. All questions and concerns regarding 第九条 can be directed to the 第九条 Coordinator.
